Metal Gear Solid PC LT original (Extremely Rare) Direct play.

This from my original copy of Metal Gear Solid in a .ZIP file.

You do not need to install this, just unzip to your desired location, and use the "mgsi" .EXE for the main game, and "mgsvr".EXE for the VR missions.

Nothing is modified from the original release of MGS.
