Spent the last day tracking all this info down and decided to share my results.
Using a rom loading tool of your choice use your DS to distribute Mystery Gifts to Gen V Pokemon games.
Doesn\'t seem to be a way for emulators to share to a real DS at the moment you must have a flashcard or something to load roms on an actual DS.

These are the US Distributions.
Will work fine with other regions of the game but the txt may be a bit off.
